Our Mission Statement is

Please have a little luxury of Authentic Sushi and Izakaya Dishes
We prioritize serving you the best fish available to us!
To ensure the freshness of our menu items,
Sashimi, Nigiri, and Omakase is only available Thursday - Saturday
(and Sunday by happy accident).
Our fish company has a limited delivery schedule.
Most of our specialty fish is flown in fresh from Japan.
In order to maintain the quality our guests have become accustomed to, we only serve our full fish menu when our deliveries allow.
Our rolls and kitchen items are available Sundays to Wednesdays made with fish more readily available from other companies.
